Farmers Market

This weekend we went to a farmers market in Kansas City full of fresh, delicious food and some of the best bread I have ever had.

Uncle Barney

My friend Allie Blood’s family had a party about a month ago to celebrate their “Uncle Barney” and his 90th birthday. They asked me to take pictures.

School introduction

Mélanie started her first week at Académie Lafayette this week, a French language k-8 school here in KC, where she is working at for the next year. Monday was her introduction day to meet her mentor families. I went with her and took a few pictures as well.

Playing tourist

Since 2 fridays ago, Mélanie has been with me in the US!

We spent a week in St. Louis playing tourist to the city I was raised in. Of course on the list was the city’s most visible landmark, The Gateway Arch.

Less than a week

This coming Friday I get to welcome Mélanie Relaut to the US for the next year. I am very happy to have her back and in honor of this, two pictures.
